AV600 RAF commemorative cover produced for No 28 Squadron, the cover shows a Westland Wessex helicopter of No 28 (AC) Squadron in Hong Kong over Sek Kong airfield with Lion Rock in the background,   No 28 Squadron was the last Royal Air Force flying Unit to be based in Hong Kong operational up until 3 June 1997.

The cover bears $3 Hong Kong stamp for the Year of the Pig stamp cancelled with Hong Kong Philatelic Bureau postmark 30 6 2007 for the 10th Anniversary of the handover
