HOW DOES IT WORK:
1) Place your order
2) You will receive a message from me with all necessary information, including the address where you need to send the hair
3) I will contact you to discuss the design of the pendant
4) I will let you know when I receive your letter, from this moment I will need 10 to15 business days to make the keepsake for you
5) When the pendant is ready I will send you pictures of the finished product
6) After your approval I will send the keepsake to you along with any unused hair
