Payment
We only accept PayPal. It is the only online payment method we accept.
Please make sure you have a valid/confirmed PayPal account prior bidding. All PayPal Payments must be Confirmed (Shipping and billing addresses must match).
Payment must be made within 16 days from the date of purchase.
Shipping
Shipping within 1-5 business days after receiving your payment. (The pillow is a customized product and will be delivered within ten days)
Standard shipping by Airmail: Expected time 15-30 working days.
We will ship your item to your Ebay shipping address.
If you want your package to be sent to any address other than your Ebay shipping address,
please state it clearly in the Ebay note.
Terms
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the itemprice or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer responsibility.
Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Returns
Your satisfaction is of our highest concern, we have a 14 days return and refund policy.
Please
contact us within 14 days of purchase to arrange a refund of any
damaged or defective item. (14 days after receiving the item.)
If return is required, please contact us through email before return the item or leave negative feedback.
All returned item must be returned in their original box, with a copy of the packing slip.
We can arrange to ship replacement item to you.
If you do not want a replacement, we will issue a full refund back to you.
Please note that replacements and refund will not be issued more than 14 days after buyer receives the item.
