The Stilo WRC 8860 Zero rally helmet is not just the lightest open-faced helmet on the market but is also the safest to have passed the incredibly tough FIA 8860-2018 standard with safety to spare.

This standard was originally set for Formula 1 and is the highest safety standard available today, and is a required standard in all FIA World Championships, and required by priority 1 & 2 drivers in the WRC. Being the first open-faced helmet to pass the homologation testing is a testimony to the Stilo design and build quality.

The Stilo WRC Des 8860 Zero helmet is packed with technology all incorporated to give far better protection to the user at a tremendous weight saving of 20% less than our WRC Des 8860 helmet. The helmet absorbs 50% more impact energy and has improved load spreading during side impact accidents. It also resists 30% more penetration energy and in turn 30% more protection against injuries caused by excessive rotational accelerations, making the 8860-2018 standard the toughest and highest on the market.

Manufactured in T1000 carbon the finish of this helmet offers a different appearance than cheaper and heavier carbon finishes, and is delivered in a matt finish to save weight when painted as required. T1000 carbon is an exceptionally lightweight and strong material, and the complete helmet when held can only be described as unbelievable.

The Stilo WRC Des helmet is also the first helmet to have added protection with EPS cheek pads giving the user extra protection to the sides of the face.

The helmet comes fitted with Stilo's renowned WRC electronics with padded earmuffs for the ultimate in noise cancelling and sound quality. The integrated comm port has been moved slightly forward allowing easier access when connecting the intercom and offering more clearance from the fitted HANS post.

The helmet comes with fitted FIA HANS posts.

What are the delivery charges for the UK?

DELIVERY TO MAINLAND UK IS FREE.

We send orders via a recorded delivery, which will require a signature on receipt. If there is nobody available at the delivery address to accept the delivery a card will be left to inform the recipient how he or she can collect the parcel.

PLEASE NOTE: A working day is Monday - Friday and doesn't include bank holidays. If you require next working day delivery please arrange by calling us on +44 (0)1782 33 44 40.

Returns

Contact us prior to leaving negative feedback!.. Our Customer Service team will endevour to resolve any issues.

We offer a 14 working day returns and refund policy from the date of delivery in accordance to the DSR. You will receive the full refund to the value of the order (delivery costs not included).

The parcel must be returned in brand new condition, unopened and in the original packaging. The customer must bare the delivery cost of the return of the product/order.

This applies to all orders with us unless:

- Products that are ordered in error or that you changed your mind on will be entitled to a credit note at our discretion.

- Products that are faulty due to manufacturing process are entitled to a credit note under the manufacturers' warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions (usually three months). If a product is credit noted due to manufacturing defects, the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier. We will then offer you a credit note on return including all reasonable postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

- Products that are damaged in transit to the customer CANNOT be refunded. If a product is damaged in transit the customer or recipient must NOT sign for the delivery. Instead the customer must refuse delivery by the courier and then contact us for further details.
