This is a rare piece of sheet music for the song "SALLY WON'T YOU COME BACK?" from the Original Broadway production of the Fifteenth Annual Edition of the "ZIEGFELD FOLLIES" ("A National Institution") at the Globe Theatre in New York City. (The production opened June 21st, 1921 and ran for 119 performances.) .....
