These like new, dressy black velvet shoes are by "Top Moda," They are sized as a 10 but could easily be worn as a 9 & 1/2. They are fancy dress 2" heels. There is an 11" ankle strap and two straps crisscross over the toe areas (see photos.) Mouse over the photos to see the details.
They would be mailed in a Priorty Flat rate envelope... no box.
