This is a pewter glass holder by Labrazel. The edge appears to be somewhat snakeskin like. It measures 2.75" wide. It measures just a tad over 1" tall. The glass included 3.5" tall.

The interior has some wear. Please see the pictures. The base has some scuffing and scrapes. Please look at these pictures also.
