This is a rare ticket envelope and loose ticket stub from the January 2nd, 1950 matinee performance of the Original Broadway production of the SIDNEY KINGSLEY play "DETECTIVE STORY" which played the Hudson Theatre in New York City. (The production opened March 23rd, 1949 and ran for 581 performances.) ..... CONDITION: With the exception of tiny staple holes in both the envelope and ticket stub, this rare set is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any theatre aficionado or historian. This item will be carefully packaged in a protective, carded sleeve and backed by stiff cardboard.
