You're looking at near-mint 1st edition Sinister Serpent (Secret Rare) from Legendary Collection: Yugi's World. This card has been with the game since the beginning of time and holds a lot of nostalgic value for how easily it could be abused. Now that it's no longer on the ban list, it's a great time to pick it up for anyone who hasn't managed to get it! Great for collectors and casuals!
