Installation Note:

• Connect red cable to an ignition driven live.
• Orange cable requires connection to illumination wire but only if the radio requires this for dimming purposes at night.
• Blue wire needs to be connected to the Remote Antenna or ignition supply wire (if rem ant wire not available) on back of car stereo.

NOTE: This lead is for the NON-AMPLIFIED systems on these vehicles only.

PLEASE NOTE:THERE IS A LOOSE RED WIRE AND A LOOSE ORANGE WIRE ON THIS HARNESS ADAPTER. RED WIRE REQUIRES MANUAL CONNECTION TO IGNITION LIVE SUPPLY. ORANGE WIRE IS ONLY REQUIRED IF YOUR STEREO HAS ORANGE ILLUMINATION WIRE ALSO. THIS IS DESIGNED TO DIM DOWN DISPLAY WHEN LIGHTS TURN ON AND REQUIRES MANUAL CONNECTION TO ILLUMINATION ACCESSORY SUPPLY. IF NO CONNECTION IS MADE TO RED WIRE STEREO WILL NOT POWER UP

TECHNICAL NOTE:

• CAR AUDIO FITTING ACCESSORIES ARE SOLD WITH LIMITED INSTRUCTIONS.
• SOME KNOWLEDGE OF CAR AUDIO INSTALLATION IS HELPUL IN CASE A MODIFICATION IN SOME RARE CASES MAY BE NECESSARY OR NEEDED.
