THEY ARE NEW AND HAVE NEVER BEEN INSTALLED BUT THEY MAY HAVE SHELF WEAR BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN SITTING ON SOME DEALERS SHELF FOR THE LAST 30-50 YEARS. SO NOS DOESN'T ALWAYS MEAN 100% PERFECT BUT USUALLY THEY ARE A LOT NICER THAN USED. ANY DAMAGE OR PROBLEMS WILL BE LISTED IN THE ITEM DESCRIPTION.
