Our goal is not complicated but it is paramount: To provide the best possible product to our customers at the lowest price in a timely and efficient manner. We provide new and used appliance parts to do it yourself individuals, tradesmen, business, and industry worldwide. Our extensive inventory of new and used appliance parts are located in 3 warehouse locations with over 50,000 sq. ft. of storage. The new parts inventory consists of OEM factory parts from all major manufacturers. Our used parts inventory is made up of quality OEM used parts that are inspected and tested where applicable. Used parts are a proven cost savings alternative to new when project budgets are a concern. Your purchase is important and personal and your satisfaction is our way of life.

We Accept all forms of Payment that eBay provides.
Shipping
We ship all packages via FedEx Ground or US Mail. All orders will ship within 3 business days.
Returns
All non-electrical, non gas carrying, or non special order parts can be returned within 30 days of the ordering for a full refund, excluding shipping charges.
Parts can be returned within 30 days, but a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
Please call customer service at 724-292-8041 to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA)
All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of the purchase.
All credits will be issued within 5 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s).
All parts must be unused and in their original packaging.
