As far as I remember this was a promotional item for the FRIDAY 13TH movie from 2009, it’s pretty thin so although labelled a pillow, not a whole lot to it, but have never seen another and at the time of listing not one on EBay and no information on search engines about this so a very rare find for the big collectors out there.
