This old Tibetan bowl was sourced in Lhasa Tibet in the 1980's. It can be used as an offering bowl on your altar or a singing bowl. This type of bowl can also be used for healing, meditation and sound therapy. A bowl like this uses sound and vibration for healing purposes. It is rare, hand crafted and a superb example.

The Buddhist monks depend completely for their food mostly from local women and men. The monks and novice monks leave their temple before sunrise and start their procession around their own Temple.
