A St Patrick's Day Top Hat

This 2" wide top hat has an oval head opening of 1 1/4" by 1 3/4".  The hat is made of gold sparkle paper.  The band is a wide brown satin ribbon. A gold buckle decorates the front.    

The hat will fit Ken (as shown on Justin) but it will be a little loose if his head is too smooth, Kevin, 12" GI Joe type dolls and Barbie (as shown), Teen Skipper and her little sisters with puffy hair.  The smaller boys and girls of the Barbie and Ken family probably can't wear it because their heads are too small.  HS Musical dolls can wear the hat as well.  It also fits BJD but if they don't have hair it will fall over their eyes.

I no longer put Velcro in the hats to help hold it to heads with hair because I had complaints that the little hooks messed up the doll's hair but you can easily purchase and add a piece of sticky back Velcro inside the crown if needed.  (Note: Velcro also helps a hat fit better if it is a little loose because a doll doesn't have enough hair).
