it has a nice floral design pressed into the metal..the paint is dull and showing some spots of rust where the paint is worn. it needs wired and the socket checked..it is as found condition, needs attention but shuldnt take much..a good cleaning would help the looks some..close to 3 3/4" tall and 6 1/2" diam at the ceiling part.some rust on top where not seen when mounted..
