SHIPPING

We ship with trackable airmail from Ukraine, the delivery time during pandemic  is 15 - 30 business days.

Express shipping is available for an extra fee, please contact us before placing the order for details.

We can not be held responsible for any shipping delays once a package has been sent. In case of non-delivery (at least 2 months passed from the shipping date), please contact us and we will do our best to investigate. Please note, this investigation could take a month or more.

If the package was unclaimed by the buyer and has returned back to us, it will not be refunded, but could be re-sent if the buyer will pay the actual shipping cost again plus 15 Euro for associated troubles.

If the package arrives damaged, the buyer should contact us immediately, send us photos of damaged package and product, and file a claim at buyer’s local post office. If the item is damaged due to our improper packaging, we will resend the item.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

If the buyer is not completely satisfied with the purchase (wrong size, color, material, etc.), it may be returned within 14 days after receiving for refund or exchange (we will offer another size or item). But the buyer has to contact us within 3 days after receiving. Change of mind, change of plans, late arrival, “do not want it anymore” and alike are not valid reasons for return and refund.

We will make a refund within 7 days after receiving the return. The return should be sent with trackable airmail. The buyer must pack the return properly and will be held responsible if the package is damaged or lost.

Custom orders and items on sale can not be exchanged or refunded, unless mistake was made by our fault.

The returned item must be in perfect UNWORN condition.

We do not refund shipping costs.
