Case International 1455 XL

Article no. 039702

Last tractor youngtimer from Neuss production

The Case 1455 XL miniaturizes the standard four-wheel drive tractor that was once built in Neuss. This type is the largest tractor ever built by International Harvester. It was the IHC's answer to the changed requirements in German agriculture that asked for more horsepower and thus larger and more powerful tractors. The last 1455 XL was launched on March 20. Built December 1996. This made it the last tractor in the world that was designed by International Harvester and built eleven years after the merger with Case. WIKING miniaturizes the transition version, which Case supplied between 1985 and 1986. At that time, the radiator grille was structurally the same as the IHC version, but was later updated. This guarantees attractive teams from the 1980s to 2000s, especially since the 1455 XL is still in use on many farms. Their farmers cannot give up the classic that has accompanied them so reliably over the decades.
