Ribbon Runners are narrow double-sided decorative strips with so many uses! Use them separately or layer them with wider, double-sided borders to create your own style for trimming bulletin boards or whiteboards. Please note: These are not wallpaper borders and do not have adhesive on the back. These are classroom decorations that are applied to classroom bulletin board displays using staples, two-sided tape or other methods.

Shipping

Please make sure to verify your shipping address before placing your order.
We ship FAST! Most items will ship the same or next day from our warehouse near Chicago. (some items may need to be shipped directly from the manufacturer and may take a few days before shipping. Those items should be noted within the listing.)
Delivery dates are estimates only. While we have an excellent track record of shipping quickly, we cannot guarantee the delivery times of the various shipping carriers. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, you must select a guaranteed shipping service (ie. UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3 Day Select, etc), if available for the listing.
International customers are responsible for any and all duties, taxes and additional fees. We do not mark packages as gifts and will not undervalue the product.

Payment

All items must be paid for through Paypal (no account needed). You can pay by credit card or check. If you pay by check, your item will not be shipped until the check is cleared through Paypal.
Please be sure that your address is correct in the Paypal transaction. We are required to ship your order to the confirmed shipping address on the Paypal payment transaction. If this address is incorrect, please contact us before your order is shipped and we will cancel the order so you can place a new order with the correct address.
Your Paypal account will be charged immediately when you place your order, before your order is shipped.
Any refund issued must be issued back to the original Paypal transaction. We cannot provide alternative refund methods.

Returns

If the item you receive is damaged, or is not as described in the listing, we will gladly accept a return of the item. We must be notified immediately of any damage or discrepancy. In addition, if there is damage to the shipping container, the shipping carrier must be notified when you receive the order. The item must be new and not used (or chalked). Our proven track record and feedback shows that we take care of our customers.
In some cases, mainly if there is manufacturing defect with your product, we may ask that the manufacturer replaces your product with one that is defect-free. There will be no cost to you in these cases.
In other cases, we may accept a return of a product up to 30 days after purchase. The product must be in new, unused condition (including all original packaging) and must arrive to us undamaged and in the condition it was sent. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and we may charge a non-refundable restocking fee of up to 20%. In addition, we may charge the original shipping cost on the item, even if the item was shipped with free shipping.
If an item has been used, we are unable to accept a return. In some cases, your item may be covered under a manufacturer's warranty. If the product is covered under a manufacturer's warranty, you will need to file a claim with the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
