This listing is for the pattern and listed beads.  There are no threads, fabric, or other embellishments included.

The pattern envelope has the remains of store price stickers in the top front right corner (there may have been 2 price stickers on it at some point).  The picture on the front has tape on 4 sides of it (I guess someone previous owner did not want the picture to be separated from the envelope).  The tape seems to be a type of "invisible tape".  The back of the pattern envelope has a store sticker toward the bottom right.  There is a small tear in the bottom right corner of the window on the back cover of the envelope.  The pattern envelope has normal shelfwear as would be expected on a pattern of its age.  The pattern has no marks, tears, or creases.  The pattern has been stored flat in the home of a non-smoker.
