The pattern is printed on approx 8 1/2" x 11" grayish heavyweight paper (heavier than the inexpensive copy paper) with black ink.   

The pattern is 4 charted pages - 3 are printed on one side of the paper.  The 4th page has the single pansy charted on one side and the back of the page has the materials list.  

There are no marks, tears, or creases.  The pattern has been stored in the home of a non-smoker.  The pattern has normal shelfwear as would be expected on a pattern of its age. 

The pattern is a grouping of 3 pansies with an additional single pansy.  I have read that Marc Saastad has retired and will no longer be issuing patterns.
