Returns are allowed. In the event there is loss or damage to the product most of our orders are insured and all that is needed to do is contact USPS for further assistance on them. Except orders small enough to be sent first class. If your order was sent first class and there was an issue contact us and we will assist you in correcting the problem. If an item is being returned due to an order issue we will cover the cost of return shipping in those cases but the issue will need to be verified first.
