We accept returned items within 30 days of purchase. Please message us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from the marketplace you purchased our product. Please do not ship back before notifying us and requesting an RMA, because the return could get lost or not accepted as authorized.
All returned items are shipped back to our warehouse at the buyer's expense, and there is no restocking fee if the the item was not used, damaged, scratched, etc...
If the item is defective or was damaged during shipping, and after seeing the pictures, we will issue return shipping at our expense. We must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.
For items that are damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement and we will expedite the shipping for that.
Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to issue once the item has been returned.
