We also understand that sometimes a product just does not quite fit, and so for whatever reason, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund or exchange.

Customers with in United Kingdom can return the item for a refund or exchange with in 14 working days of receipt of merchandise.
You may exchange the product this must not be used/worn or tempered with and returned with all packaging/tags in tacked.
The customer is responsible for all return charges. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier.
Refunds are for the product price at the time of purchase only and Postage is non-refundable.
Please beware that due to health and safety measures we will NOT accept any used/worn or tempered product. We also will NOT accept returns on any underwear products due to health and hygiene measures.
For an Exchange:
You may exchange the product this must not be used/worn or tempered with and returned with all packaging/tags in tacked.
If you want to change the product then you can return the item along ，Please Contact us by email and I will give you a return address.
For customers outside United Kingdom
For a Refund:
Customers outside United Kingdom can return the item for a refund or exchange with in 30 working days of receipt of merchandise.
The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information.
We will pay all shipping costs if a return is a result of our error.
