Popeye the Sailor, very fine .  Charlton Comics.  August 1976 vol. 9, no. 136.  Spine is nice and flat.  There are watermarks on the front cover.  There is a bend/crease at the front bottom right corner.  Inside pages are not connected at the bottom staple.  Inside pages have excellent color and no bends.  Back cover and pages have yellowed.
