Betty has ona melon colored had with a white pompom and a white flower decoration on her cap.  She is wearing a tan scarf around her neck and has on a mint colored dress with four buttons down the front.  Her mittens match the color of her cap.  In one hand she is holding a letter that she has written to Santa with Santa and the heart in that same melon color as her cap.  The other hand is on a picket fence in front of the snowman...  On the picket fence there is a red bird sitting on the top of one of the pickets and another sitting in the snow.   The snowmoan has on a hat with a melon colored bow and a garland on green leaves and melon color flowers around the hat.  He also wearing a green colored scarf around his neck.  He appears to be smiling and has a small red heart over his heart.  The height of this figurine is 4".  This figurine was created by Priscilla Hillman and her son Glenn.
