This was the feedback we received from a customer that used our filters.
"The results are BETTER than expected at Lincoln Financial Field!
I was hoping to get to a shutter speed of 1/180th with the ND 8 filter.
But, as you can see from my pics, I am running at 1/60th, which matches the
frame rate of the BIG BOARDS. So, now, there will be no shutter errors to distort
the camera image on the BIG BOARDS while being shot with the Marshall 502.
And, if you look at the waveform scope under the
color monitor, the field falls at 50 IRE-the same ‘exposure’ as our Sony 4K TV Cameras.
You should market the heck out of these filters-these filters are dynamite and so necessary
for us broadcasters. I am referring you to the Network folks!"
The ND 8 was perfect for the night game at the
NFL Stadium.
If it’s a bright blue sky day, you will need the ND16, for sure.
If it’s a cloudy day, then use the ND4.
This deal is for a new RageCams ND4 Filter for use with the CV502-wpm on overcast days to slow the shutter.
The cap size of the Marshall camera is 31mm diameter
To Install:
1. just press the filter onto the front of the camera lens cap, it will fit super snug and works great.
