We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Orders placed before 2 pm Mon-Thu will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after this will be dispatched the next working day. Sent second class Royal Mail, your parcel should reach you in 3-5 working days. International Standard delivery takes 3 -5 working days to Europe and 5-7 working days for the rest of the world. If you would like to pay for guaranteed next day delivery (by 1 pm the following day) please select this option from the dropdown menu. Please note, this service applies only to orders received before 2 pm Mon-Thu.

Returns are accepted

After receiving your item, if you are unhappy for some reason you can request a return within 30 days. If the sealed package in which earrings and nose studs have been supplied is opened, we regret that we cannot accept returns due to reasons of hygiene. The same applies if the hygiene label is removed from necklaces. Buyer pays return postage.
