Lovely, even, patina - very heavy - bronze

The piece is stunning

The woman also has an engraved head band around her forehead and a string of beads around her neck.

This come from my father's old store in Brooklyn  - "Old Brassware" on Coney Island Ave  - been out of business since the 80s but from the 1940s up until the early 80s he bought and sold metal architectural parts of old New York City buildings when they were being demolished and other metal objects - especially candlesticks, samovars, chafing dishes, lamps, chandeliers, etc.

Buyer can polish it up if desired

Measurements:

8"   high and 4"  wide at the widest part of the head

 Heavy -  weighs 2 and a half pounds.
