     Questions:

  • 1. Running belt to the left: 
  •     If the running belt deviates to the left, adjust the left screw clockwise or the right screw anticlockwise.
  • 2. Running belt to the right:
  •    If the running belt deviates to the right, adjust the right screw clockwise or the left screw anticlockwise.
3. Running belt is tight or loose
    If the running belt is too tight, it wil cause damage to the rear bearing. Please use the inner hexagonal bolt to rotate 1-2 laps counterclockwise at the      same time, and relax the running belt until there is no skid or pause. If the running belt is loose, please use the inner hexagonal clockwise rotation          generally 1-2 laps.
4. Treadmill is more difficult to use, how can I do?
    1) Let the running belt loose  
    2) Add some lubricating oils under the running belt.
5. Regular maintenance
    Check the running belt every 3-4 weeks, and add some lubricant oils under the running belt.
6. What kind of lubricating oil do I use? Where can I buy it?
    Silicone lubricant oil would be better, you can buy it from online or Bunnings warehouse.
7. Noise
   1) Please check whether the running belt has been deviated, then adjust the running belt according to the instructions.
    2) Please add appropriate amount lubricant under the running belt
