I am trying Ebay's new shipping program.  I will be going through my inventory and changing the shipping for all cards listed at under $20 from $3.50 to $2.00 and shipping up to three cards in a rigid flat mailer.  If you still want an item shipped in a bubble mailer, then I will adjust the shipping back to $3.50.  Just let me know.  If you purchase more than 3 cards, then I will have to ship them in a bubble mailer and adjust the shipping accordingly.  The only setback is there will be no tracking.
