Your balloon will arrive flat-packed.  All balloons sold will float when inflated with helium (not included), with the exception of the Happy Birthday banner and George and Peppa characters.  They can also be inflated with air with the straw provided.

We are a UK Seller with multiple daily dispatches.

Dispatched the same day if ordered by 8pm.

Sent via 2nd Class Royal Mail so you get it quickly.

Warning! - Choking Hazard - Children can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons.

Please be careful when inflating as these can be damaged beyond repair if inflated incorrectly.   

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased simply get in contact and return the item to us with in 30 days.  

Return item has to be unused and must be returned in its original packaging.  

We will issue a full refund or exchange the item on its return.
