INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS (1/4" to 1" & 6mm to 25mm)

Tube  Fittings are installed in three eady steps:

1. Simply insert the tubing into the tube fitting. Make sure the tubing rests firmly on the shoulder fo the fitting and the nut is finger-tight.

2. Before tightening the nut, scribe the nut at the 6 o' clock position.

3. While holding the fitting the nut 1-1/4  turns*. Watch the scribe mark, make one complete revolution and continue to the 9 o' clock position.

Use the Gap Inspection Gage to assure suffi-cient pull-up.
