Sizing Information

1. Measure the Neck
For dogs with larger than normal necks; measure your dog's neck circumference as you would a collar.
2. Measure the Length
Measure your dog from base of the neck to base of the tail.
3. Measure the Girth
Measure your dog's chest at its widest point; which is usually behind the front legs.

Return Policy

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). 

Refused Delivery: It will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, amount of refund will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where we have made an error by shipping and incorrect item to the customer.
