This is a pair of bisque dolls; dressed in traditional German clothing, with wigs and glass eyes. The boy’s wig can be removed and his head bears the inscription BY22-2. I cannot find any doll maker with that mark however they appear to be vintage in other features (i.e. the glass eyes and the painted faces) The bisque heads, feet and hands are in good condition (see photos for reference). They both have a fabric /sawdust stuffed body. (see pictures) The girl has a blonde pig-tailed wig (glued on) with blue eyes and the boy has a brown wig (removable) with brown eyes. The sister stands at 12" and the brother stands at 11" but with a smaller head/body (to indicate a younger age).

They do not have shoes but do have the original stockings on their feet. The boys lederhosen strap on one side has come loose. There is a stain on the boy’s white shirt. Otherwise the costumes are in good condition.
