The IPC Racing Coolant mod for the EJ Series of Engines found in many Subaru's was designed to get rid of the coolant passage 'dead zone' around cylinder 4. Our precision manufactured aluminium 3 way connector block and block fitting barb have the correct size openings to allow just the right flow without over-cooling. Our complete kit allows the coolant to travel through the cylinder 4 area before recirculating around the cooling system. This allows Cylinder 4 to run at a similar temperature to the other 3, allowing more accurate fueling, mapping and eventually allow higher power and knock elimination.
