If you are not entirely happy with your purchase we will offer you a refund, excluding postage and packaging. You must return the item within 14 working days of the purchase date. Please return items to address given. The item must be in it's original condition, merchandise must be unworn and unwashed pet hair free to receive a refund complete with tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse items where it is apparent that this has not been done.

We can not be held responsible for item missing or damaged i transit via Royal Mail, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, if any item does go missing it is the responsibility of the buyer to chase this up. we will provide you with the proof of postage to help you after 30 days.

IF you are returning the item it is your responsibility until it reaches us, we therefore advise you to pay for recorded delivery. Please include your user id and/or your full name, the item number on all returns. 

  

Payment must be made  within 24 hours of an auction. We will dispatch items using Royal Mail 48 Tracked posting, once payment has cleared.
