As we expanded our store, we have learned the importance of
adding measurements to our items. We are
currently working on adding them to listings where they are not included, so if
you are interested in an item that does not have any please let us know and we
would be happy to provide them for you!
If a gently used item has a flaw it will be included within
the description of the item. If nothing
is written you should assume that there are not any noticeable issues such as
stains, rips, tearing, etc. We are
humans, so if any mistake is made on our end, we will work with you to make it right.
We offer a 30 day no questions asked return policy.

Does this item run small, big, etc.
a.
All brands fit differently and should be taken
into account when making your purchasing decisions. European brands tend to run smaller/tighter
than American brands, but to be certain we encourage you to look for that
brands specific size chart. As mentioned
above, we are currently adding measurements to any items within our inventory
which do not include them. If you are
interested in an item that does not have any please do not hesitate to reach
out and ask. If you need more than basic
measurements, we strongly encourage you to either purchase, or try on the item
in a store.

Does this item have any flaws?
a.
If a gently used item has any flaws (stains,
rips, tearing, holes, etc.) it will be included within the description, as well
as pictures of the flaw. If nothing is written,
you should assume there are not any issues with the item outside of being
gently used.

Can I combine shipping?
a.
Yes, we can combine shipping when purchasing
multiple items. If you intend to buy
multiple items, please contact us after placing all the items in your cart and
we will send you an invoice. In the
event you purchased the items separately, we can still combine your shipment
and send you a refund for the difference.
4.
Free Shipping Policy
a.
Free shipping is offered on bulk orders
consisting of four or more items. In
order to receive free shipping, all items must be purchased at the listed price
(includes discounted items). In the event
you send or accept an offer at a lower price the order is not eligible for free
shipping, however we will still be able to combine shipping to offer you savings
over the normal rate. If you have any questions,
please do not hesitate to contact us.

When do you ship an item / what is your handling
time?

All items are shipped within one business day of
purchase (item has been paid for). Items
are shipped every day of the week except for Sunday.
6.
Return Policy
a.
If you would like to return your item, we do
have a 30-day return policy. If an item
has been worn or damaged, or a new item has had tags removed, we will handle
them on a case-by-case basis.
