All parcels should be inspected on arrival (or within 24 hours) for any visible damage and signed for accordingly (e.g. if damaged than signed for as damaged).

Returns on any items purchased from our auctions will be accepted with a full refund subject to the following conditions:

1. Returns must be completed within 14 days of delivery
2. The item(s) must be in unused condition as on arrival
3. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items. We are unable to refund any postage costs (except in the case of a faulty product)
4. In order to be entitled for a refund for any damaged or faulty items we MUST be contacted within 24 hours of receipt f the item. Photographs of any damage must be sent to us.
5. Special order products or items cut or made to specification can be returned in the event of any damage, in any other case, return will not be accepted
6. Where the customer has changed their mind, or ordered the wrong item, all postage and packages costs will covered by the customer and will not be refunded.
