Very clean condition with nice chrome bezel and knobs with only some minor imperfections.  (See photos of actual item being sold!)  Standard pebbled inset has been repainted and in very clean condition.  The fan switch has been acid cleaned/dipped, lubricated and tested to function correctly.  Ready to install & use.
