Shipping to remote areas (considered as outside delivery areas by shipping companies) in any country will not be served. Orders placed will be cancelled and refunded.

If the buyer refuses to accept the shipment, no returns will be accepted and no refunds will be issued.

 

Payment policy

We accept payments via PAYPAL only.

Payment had to be made immediately after completing the purchase. We will not process any orders which payment has not been made.

 

Return policy

We offered a return or replacement policies. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us first and we will try our best to resolve the problem

Buyer is RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES to us.

Items can be returned, replaced to us in UNUSED CONDITION and in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING within 30 days from purchase date.  

Items that have been installed wrongly or altered in any way are not returnable nor replaceable.  

If you receive the items which have a quality problem or damaged during shipment, please provide us the photos immediately and contact us within 7 days from receiving the package.

If your packages are lost in transit during shipping back to us for replacement or refund, we are not responsible for any loss or damages and cannot refund nor replace.

Refund or replacement will only be provided after the items pass our inspection/

Please obtain authorization from us before returning, for all presumed defective or wrong item. Any returned packages without authorization will be rejected.

We will not be able to refund the original shipping charges in case of the wrong item bought by the buyer.

Once the item is returned, a refund will be made to the buyer minus the original shipping fee to the buyer.

No returns will be accepted if the 30 days after purchase date have elapsed.

We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, rental car expenses and any other damages caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installations.
