• We test/examine all the products before sent out. If you experience any problems, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
• If you are not totally happy with our product, you can return it to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that the returned item must be in its original packaging with all accessories, and in the same condition as when you received it. We will gladly refund you the total amount less the Shipping & Handling costs.

• All items will be shipped via Australia Post unless specified otherwise.
• Free Shipping via Australian Post generally takes 2-6 business days.            
• Express Delivery within Australia generally takes 1-3 business days.              
• Local pick-up is available (only bulk orders); please contact us to arrange a time for pick-up.
