If there is anything you are not happy with, simply message us and o will put it right for you.

If you are completely not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund or exchange the item for a different size design if preferred.

Customers are entitled to a full refund including delivery charges for up to a maximum of 14 working days. We do not refund postage and packing costs after 14 working days unless the item is damaged or faulty. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items that have clearly been worn, laundered or used.  LOST OR DELAYED

The majority of our orders arrive within the specified time frame, however in a very small number of cases they might get lost or delayed in the postal system. In these circumstances, we would ask you to wait for up to 14 days before we can claim on your behalf from the postal service and resend your order out for you. 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED

If your order is faulty or damaged in transit in any way, we’ll gladly refund you the full amount that you paid. We must be notified of the fault within 7 days from receipt of your order. Any faulty goods must be returned to us. We will compensate you the postage for sending the faulty or damaged goods back to us.
