The Tea Shop is one of the very first designs from Hazle Boyles wonderful Nation of Shopkeepers collection of hand decorated ceramic flat-back models of historic shops and buildings - it can be displayed free-standing or wall-hanging and is building shape number 1, known as Banbury
This model is 7.5" (19cm) high, 5” (12.5cm) wide
and has the fine crackle crazing seen in most of these early pieces
Although it is not new, it is in excellent undamaged condition
with no chips, cracks or restoration
A very nice piece to add to any collection,
it will make a lovely gift
