PACKING, SHIPPING AND HANDLING:


Our warehouse handling time is 3 BUSINESS DAYS maximum. Once posted to the Hong Kong post office, we have pretty no control on the speed of the postal services and the custom of your country. Postage speed varies from time to time and case by case. Additional time may be required for peak seasons such as time before New Year, Christmas, Easter, etc. Below table is example of how postage speed varies. Package do have a chance of taking more than 4-5 week to arrive, if you happen to be the unlucky. Buy from a local seller of your region instead if you need the item urgently.

Buyer acknowledges that delay due to un-confirmed address shall not constitute non-performance of Seller.

Buyer has to pay in 4 calendar days otherwise unpaid case will be opened by our system automatically and report to eBay.

Buyer is responsible for any import duty or VAT or fee at custom. By placing the bid, buyer acknowledges that the delay at custom due to buyer's unsettled fee shall not constitute non-performance of Seller.

A handling fee is incorporated into the shipping cost, the handling fee covers inventory management, labors, logistics, warehousing and sales and marketing costs. Please consider the total amount which consists the auction price and shipping fee as your cost of purchase. Shipping and handling fee is non-negotiable and could not be combined in multiple purchases.

If the package is returned not due to the fault of seller (including but not limited to: invalid address, incomplete address, no one answer the door and being returned), a re-shipping fee equals to the actual shipping cost and Paypal fee is required to resend the package or a refund will be made after deduction of the actual shipping cost.
