Shipping
This item is sent via Royal Mail with a standard delivery of 2 - 4 working days but there are periods where it can take longer for items to arrive so please allow at least 7 working days before contacting us if your item(s) have not arrived. First class delivery is also available at an extra cost.
If you order multiple items it's possible that you will receive them in more than one delivery and items will come separately. This is because stock is stored in more than one place and we will always want to ship the items to our customers as soon as they are picked. We also have different carriers for different items that ensure cost efficiencies, which is passed on to customers.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us with your reason for return and a full refund or exchange will be given with a valid receipt. Any items that are returned must be in the same condition in which is was received and originally packaged and proof of purchase is required.
You can return a product up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
If your item is damaged on arrival we ask that you send images of the fault.
