IF you have any issues with the part you receive - PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE LEAVING ANY FEEDBACK and we will do our best to leave you satisfied with our service.
If an error has been made on our part - replacement will be sent out immediately as soon as the wrong part is received from the customer. If we are out of stock for the specific part - you will be issued a full refund. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning the item.
If the item is returned because of a BUYER'S mistake (item doesn't fit the specified model, purchase error or colour/item number not matching) 15% return handling charge will apply.
We recommend that you send back your return using a tracked service. The item must be returned with full packaging to prevent further damage during the shipping. Please note that if any enquiries are made after this period we won't be able to provide you with a refund/swap.
All our items are security marked. If the returned part doesnt match the condition, overall look or make of the part that we sent to you - will be voided and NO refunds will be issued. Same goes for any tampered, dismantled and incomplete parts
