What if an item does not fit or I just do not want it?
Can I exchange an item?
In these cases, we will be happy to issue you a refund if the item is in the same condition as originally shipped. Any tags or labels need to remain attached. Shipping costs are not refundable in this situation. *Items with "Free Shipping" will have the original postage amount deducted from the refund. You MUST CONTACT US before returning an item.
What do I do if something I purchased is not as described?NO, unfortunately we are unable to send a different size/color than what was purchased in the auction. However, we will accept your return for a purchase price refund. Please contact us for return instructions.
How and when will I get my refund?Please contact us through Ebay. We do our best to describe each item accurately, but if our listing was inaccurate, we will be happy to correct the situation.

How can you sell items so cheap?

We buy over stock and out of season products in truckloads from major department stores. We get great deals from them that we pass on to you! We stand by all of our products.
Why have you not responded to my emails or eBay messages?NO, unfortunately we are unable to send a different size/color than what was purchased in the auction. Please let us know if you will need us to mutually cancel the sale so you can bid on the exact item you need - if available.
Can you measure an article of clothing for me?We respond to all messages by the end of the next BUSINESS day. Since we do not work on weekends and holidays, if you send us a message on Friday we will not get back to you until the following Monday.
I live locally. Can I pick up my order?Due to the overwhelming number of requests we receive to do this, AND the large number of items we have for sale, we cannot cost-effectively provide any additional measurements. We apologize for the inconvenience.
