Instructions for use:

1 tablet daily. If you need more calcium, take 2-3 tablets daily with plenty of fluid. The daily consumption must not be exceeded. Do not take any other calcium-containing food supplements. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
