All orders in stock are shipped within 48 hours on receipt of payment Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Sheffield UK. Given the recent restrictions in place and the unprecedented times we find ourselves in the shipping time may be longer, so please bear with us.
All orders will be shipped in plain packaging.

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure your delivery address is correct as we will ONLY ship to your confirmed Paypal address. Unfortunately, we are unable to change delivery address once your order has been processed.
In the event of an incorrectly placed order, please cancel and reorder as we are unable to make any changes to your order after payment has been received.

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size, you will need to return the original item and we will refund you.
We do not pay for the return of items back to us, this is the customer’s responsibility. Please obtain a proof of postage or tracking information for the return parcel.
All returns are inspected upon receipt and photographic evidence will be provided for non-complying items. We reserve the right to refuse a refund and items will be sent back to you by our dedicated customer service team. All items are dispatched in individual packaging and inspected before leaving our warehouse in Sheffield.
